Provence, France: Tourettes sur Loup 17 September 2007

Tourette sur Loup is a medieval village 14 km inland from the French Riviera, perched on the side of a mountain. It is very lovely and well preserved. More information can be found at http://www.tourrettessurloup.com/indexus.htm
Passing through a place called Tourrettes, we just had to stop – it was actually very lovely. We wandered around then found somewhere for lunch - the only problem is smokers in France prefer to sit inside!
